JA Masters Events and Lions Sports & Media announced today the international
friendly match between the national teams of Colombia and Bolivia for Saturday, June 15 at 5 PM ET at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field located in East Hartford, Connecticut.
The Colombian National Team has catapulted itself in recent months as one of the strongest sides in the continent after a 1-0 victory over Spain on the FIFA date in March. Players like Luis Díaz, James Rodriguez, and Jefferson Lerma make the ‘Cafeteros’ one of the most attractive teams in the world. The quality of its players and their experience make Colombia a major rival anywhere in the world. Nestor Lorenzo, 58, has launched a plan that puts Colombia among the list of favorites to win the 2024 Copa América.
Colombia and Bolivia have faced each other 33 times, 16 ended in victories for Colombia, they tied 10 times and Bolivia celebrated seven times. This will be the second game of Bolivia's tour in the United States. Before that, they will face Ecuador on Wednesday, June 12, at Subaru Park in Chester, Pennsylvania.
Tickets will be available at Ticketmaster.com. Media interested in covering it can request credentials by visiting jamastersevents.com.
Parking will be available to purchase on site day of only.
